These Terms of Service govern your use of East Valley Clean Co.'s website and cleaning services. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English.
East Valley Clean Co. is a booking and coordination service. We connect homeowners in Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa with independent cleaning professionals. We do not employ cleaners directly — all cleaners are independent contractors who set their own schedules and methods.
Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation text or call from us. We'll contact you within 2 hours of your submission during normal business hours. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
All prices shown on our website are flat-rate estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual property size or condition differs significantly from what was submitted. We'll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding. We do not negotiate confirmed prices after a booking is accepted.
Payment is due after your clean is completed and you've confirmed satisfaction. We send a payment link via text. Failure to pay within 48 hours of service completion may result in suspension of future bookings.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service. For recurring clients, missed appointments without notice may result in loss of your scheduled time slot.
If you're not satisfied with your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the original scope of work — it does not cover new requests or areas not included in the original booking. The guarantee is void if the property condition has changed since the original clean.
All cleaners working through East Valley Clean Co. are independent contractors, not employees. East Valley Clean Co. is not liable for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any cleaner. Cleaners carry their own liability. If you have a concern about a specific cleaner, contact us and we will address it promptly.
By booking a service, you confirm you have the right to grant access to the property. You agree to secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before the clean. East Valley Clean Co. is not liable for damage to unsecured valuables. If damage occurs to your property during a clean, notify us within 24 hours with photos and we will work with you to resolve it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, verbal abuse toward cleaners, or properties with biohazards, extreme clutter, or pest infestations. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded.
Cleaning results vary depending on the condition of the property, the service selected, and the specific areas requested. Reviews and testimonials on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of the same outcome.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
